Data privacy
Our apps are designed as practical utilities. We do not store the commands, content, or media you interact with through our apps on LumenRiver servers. Specific data practices may vary by app; see each app's Data safety form on Google Play for the exact details.
User privacy
We do not sell, rent, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal information to outside parties for their own marketing purposes. We do not ask for payment card details, banking information, or a LumenRiver account in our apps. Our website does not use cookies.
Information we collect
The information our apps may process falls into the following categories:
- Device and identifiers: device model, operating system version, app version, language, approximate region, network state, IP address, and advertising or similar identifiers.
- App activity and performance: app interactions, session activity, feature engagement, and general performance signals.
- Diagnostics: crash traces, device state, and diagnostic data related to crashes or technical issues.
- Support information: information you choose to send when you contact us, described in the Customer support section.
Data we do not collect: We do not collect precise location, contacts or address book, photos or media files, SMS or call logs, microphone or camera input, payment card or banking details, or government identifiers through our apps.
Firebase Analytics
We may use Firebase Analytics in our apps to understand app usage, feature engagement, device context, and general performance. Firebase Analytics may collect app interactions, device information, and usage events.
Firebase Crashlytics
We may use Firebase Crashlytics to identify and fix crashes. Crashlytics may collect crash traces, device state, operating system details, app version, and diagnostic data related to a crash.
AdMob and advertising identifiers

Our apps are not directed to children under 4. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can review and respond.
User choices
You can manage ad personalization and reset your advertising identifier through your device or Google settings where available. You may also uninstall an app to stop further app data collection.

We may update this Privacy Policy when our apps, SDKs, or legal requirements change. The effective date will be updated when material changes are made, and each app's Data safety form on Google Play will be kept aligned with this policy.
